1 Object of agreement
1. Following terms and conditions are being valid for all orders and deliveries of tube products from clients through online-shopping or e-mails over www.tube.ch.

3 How a treaty is being achieved
All offers of tube.ch are not binding. A treaty between clients and TUBE.CH is only achieved through an order which is accepted through TUBE.CH. An order of a client takes place online or through completion of an order form of TUBE.CH. TUBE.CH accepts the order through an automatic confirmation e-mail.
4 Delivery
1. Delivery takes place worldwide from our warehouse in Switzerland.
2. Derlivery dates are 5 to 7 working days after we got the pre-payments. If an article is not available in our warehouse the client will be informed and the delivery will take place as soon as possible. All derlivery dates are not-binding..
3. If an article is sold out we will contact the client per e-mail.
5 Payment / Shipping costs
1. The purchase price is without value-added tax (tube.ch is not bound the VAT)
2. The purchase price has to be paid before delivery of the products.
3. Swiss clients can make pre-payments through Postfinance or per pay on delivery (POD). Foreign custumers can only get our products through pre-payment.
4. Shipping costs within Switzerland are if not otherwise concerted CHF 4.00. The pay on delivery is CHF 15.00. Shipping costs to foreign countries are CHF 18.00 (Post R-PRIORITY delivery with 4 to 8 working days).
5. Possible additional costs for not collected deliveries (especially PODs), or returns because of incomplete or false address data will be invoiced.
6 Right to Return
1. Products with faults that can be proved will be exchanged if you inform us within 14 days from the day you got the product. Returns will only be accepted if our customer service is informed urgently per e-mail and a return number is given to you. If you simply don’t like the product it will not be exchanged. Shipping costs for returns cannot be taken over due to logistical reasons.
7 Data Privacy
1. TUBE.CH has the right to use client data solely for its own purposes and not giving them to third parties. Personal data of clients are only ascertained on regulations by law. The client agrees that the post communicates the right address if a posting cannot be delivered to the given address.
8 Final Clauses
1. If one or more provisions of this terms and conditions are ineffective this does not mean that the whole treaty is not valid. The provision which is not valid will be replaced by another provision given by law.
2. This treaty is only valid under Swiss Law.
3. Prices and errors are subject to change without notice.
Court of jurisdiction and place of performance is CH-2500 Biel/Bienne.
